Bob Ousley / Bob-O-Tackle Company
Homestead & Ft. Myers , Florida |
Bob Ousley was living in Homestead, Florida when he designed and patented a fishing lure known as the Snook Minnow. The wood lure has smooth flowing lines, and is found with several different colors of glass eyes. Some of the Snook Minnow lures were also made with carved eyes. Ousley moved to Ft. Myers, Florida after he retired and his baits were made and sold under the Bob-O-Tackle Company name. Though best known for his Snook Minnow, Ousley also produced chugger baits like the ones shown below. |
